Game Designer for Strategic Simulation Title (Online)

Job Description
This role involves comprehensive specification formulation for online games, including functional improvement specifications, level design (parameter settings, etc.), and event/campaign/gacha data creation. The responsibilities include overall game design, and schedule management. The ideal candidate will have experience in online strategic simulation games, director or lead game designer experience, and knowledge of KPIs. This is a full-time position, and the work location is on-site with flexible working hours.
Good To Have:
- Experience in schedule management and progress management.
- Basic design experience with backend tools (KPI screens and GM tools).
- Experience using UNITY and PHOTOSHOP for work.
- Development experience with online strategic simulation games (4X genre).
Must Have:
- Experience playing online strategic simulation games (4X genre).
- Experience as a director or lead game designer.
- Experience in planning and specifications for online game development.
- Experience in level design (character parameter settings, etc.).
- Basic knowledge of programming.
- Basic knowledge of KPIs.
