The Game Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing operations and publishing in the South Asia/Southern Africa region. This includes liaising with development and regional teams, managing KPIs, developing regional activities and monetization strategies based on user needs. Responsibilities encompass managing in-game monetization, payment gateway integration (expanding voucher services), and optimizing user payment experiences. The role requires deep understanding of the regional user base, competitor analysis, and delivering operational insights for future planning. New product expansion and data analysis are also key aspects. Ideal candidate has 3+ years of gaming operations experience, preferably with overseas publishing experience, strong communication skills and fluency in English.
