Job Summary
Job Description
This role involves taking responsibility for the game design of new projects, possessing mature game architecture design theories, and leading core gameplay, system, and numerical design to ensure an innovative game experience. The candidate will create project plans and milestones, comprehensively controlling game quality and project progress. A deep understanding of the game market and target consumer needs, including user research and behavior analysis, is required. Responsibilities also include team echelon construction and daily management, coordinating workflow between programming, planning, and art to optimize quality and efficiency.
Must have:
- 5+ years of experience as a producer or lead game designer.
- Experience with complete, successful launched projects.
- Led or participated in high-revenue projects.
- Strong market awareness and unique industry thinking.
- Excellent team building and management skills.
- Good communication and learning abilities.
Good to have:
- SLG experience is a plus.
- Experience with projects generating tens of millions in revenue.
- Familiarity with player psychology.
- Excellent data analysis skills.
- Conflict management, time management, goal management.
- Strong personal leadership charisma.
- Rigorous and clear logical thinking.
- Ability to self-innovate without adhering to conventions.

【岗位职责】
1、承担新项目的游戏设计职责，具备成熟的游戏架构设计理论，领导并参与核心游戏玩法、核心系统和数值的设计工作，确保创新的游戏体验；
2、制作完善的项目计划并分解项目节点，全方位把控游戏品质和项目进度；
3、深入了解游戏市场及目标消费群体需求，进行用户需求调研和用户行为分析；
4、负责团队的梯队建设和日常管理，协调程序、策划、美术工作流，达到质量、效率优化。
【任职要求】
1、5年以上制作人或主策相关经验，有完整且成功的上线项目经验，有SLG经验优先考虑；
2、主导过至少一款高品质千万流水的项目或者是参与过五千万以上月流水的项目；
3、市场嗅觉敏锐，具备独特的行业思维，熟悉玩家心理，具备优秀的数据分析能力；
4、优秀的团队组建和管理能力，包括但不限于冲突管理、时间管理、目标管理等，具有较高的个人领导魅力；
5、良好的沟通与学习能力，思维逻辑严密清晰，不拘泥于套路，能够自我创新。
