Job Description
This position focuses on game product operations with a data analysis direction. Responsibilities include ensuring stable game operation, achieving revenue targets, and planning in-game events and activities based on project schedules and operational data. The role involves data analysis to understand user behavior and payment habits, collaborating with advertising to optimize traffic strategies, and providing feedback for product improvements. Candidates should have a good understanding of the data analysis platform and have experience in product adjustments or commercialization. The ideal candidate should have experience in the operations of medium-to-large-scale game products.

【岗位职责】
1. 负责项目运营，保证游戏稳定运行，对产品流水负责并完成公司运营目标；
2. 负责游戏活动运营，并根据项目节奏、运营数据及不同阶段的版本内容，制定游戏功能及运营活动、线上线下发行实现和执行，并根据数据反馈进行产品优化；
3. 负责产品商业化运营，数据分析及搜集用户意见反馈，分析产品用户行为和付费习惯；
4. 与广告投放紧密对接沟通，关注游戏投放相关数据，结合协助制定游戏整体导量策略以及产品端的优化调整策略。
【任职要求】
1. 全日制本科及以上学历，2-5年经验，运营过中大型游戏产品优先考虑；
2. 良好的产品能力、熟悉数数平台，懂数据分析及应用，曾做过竞品拆解；
3、数数埋点经验，能够从0到1独立搭建数数日志框架；
4、有数据分析经验，产品调整或商业化经验优先选择。
