Job Summary
Job Description
Lead the full-process advertising placement of WeChat mini-games on channels like Tencent Advertising and Juxia Liangying, formulating phased strategies to achieve ROI assessment goals. Drive data-driven creative excavation by skillfully extracting reusable creative elements from top competitor materials, with experience in A/B testing and developing viral creative assets. Bonus points for exploring AI scenario applications and efficiency breakthroughs in advertising placement.
Must have:
- Lead WeChat mini-game advertising on Tencent/Juxia Liangying
- Formulate strategies to achieve ROI targets
- Extract creative elements from competitor materials
- Experience with creative A/B testing
- Bachelor's degree or above
- 1+ year game user acquisition experience
- Familiar with Tencent/Toutiao traffic ecosystems
- Experience in material direction or strategy
- Successful case studies
Good to have:
- AI tools application in advertising
- Experience with AI analysis tools
- Experience in simulation, civilization, empire genres

1、策略制定与效果攻坚
主导微信小游戏在腾讯广告、巨量引擎等渠道的全链路投放，制定分阶段策略，达成ROI考核目标；
2、数据驱动的创意挖掘
擅长从行业Top竞品素材中提炼可复用的创意元素，有素材AB测试及爆款素材的沉淀经验
3、加分项：AI场景化应用与效能突破
有思考AI工具在投放场景的应用
【任职要求】
1、全日制本科及以上学历，1年以上游戏买量实战经验，熟悉腾讯系/头条系流量生态；
2、统筹过项目的素材方向或投放策略，并有成功案例；
3、具备AI分析工具使用经验、有三国、文明、帝国、模拟经营等品类经验优先
