Job Description
As a Genius Admin, you will be responsible for coordinating all customer repairs, managing customer expectations, and ensuring an efficient repair workflow. You will also be responsible for organizing the Repair Room to support the Genius Bar team. This role emphasizes customer service and operational efficiency within Apple Retail, fostering a culture of inclusion and belonging where individuals are inspired to do their best work. The position requires a focus on delivering an exceptional, "only-at-Apple" experience.
