Job Description

PwC is looking for an organized and responsible Team Assistant for their tax transactional team (TLP department) in Prague. This role is crucial for administrative support, risk management documentation, presentation preparation, and organizing team events. The assistant will also facilitate communication across local and international teams, leveraging modern technologies and AI to streamline tasks.
Must Have:
  • Administrative support in risk management – working with and understanding internal databases and managing them.
  • Providing administrative support to the team and preparing presentations.
  • Organizing teambuilding events for the team and participating in various professional meetings.
  • Supporting firm synergy by collaborating across local and international teams – communicating with other departments and management.
  • Experience in administration.
  • At least high school education.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Proactive and positive attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate in a team.
  • Excellent knowledge of Czech and communicative knowledge of English.
  • Above-average knowledge of MS Office.
  • Attention to detail and thoroughness.

For our tax transactional team, in the TLP (Tax, Legal, People) department, an assistant is not just a supportive administrative position. They are the heart and soul of the team and a liaison communication officer across the firm, without whom many things would not work as they should.

We are looking for someone with an eye for detail and responsibility when filling out important documents in the area of risk management, but also with a sense of organization and action – for example, when we organize our joint team buildings or parties.

About your manager
