Job Summary
In the TRS Accounting team at PwC Poland, we provide comprehensive accounting and tax services to clients from various sectors. We engage in interesting and diverse projects, such as preparing financial statements for audit, tax settlements based on client data, and secondments to client finance departments. We continuously improve our work through automation of repetitive processes and implementation of new technological solutions. We are looking for an Accountant for our team. Your future role includes organizing and being responsible for work related to client projects, maintaining accounting books and tax settlements for companies (CIT, VAT, WHT, etc.), active participation in month, quarter, and year-end closings, participation in preparing financial statements, ongoing contact with clients and cooperation with internal departments, and creating reports for clients.
Must Have
- At least 3 years of experience in keeping accounting books based on Polish Accounting Standards
- Very good knowledge of tax law (e.g., CIT, VAT) and accounting and financial reporting principles under Polish Accounting Standards
- Higher education (preferred fields of study: economics, finance and accounting)
- Fluent communication in Polish and English (min. B2)
- Good knowledge of MS Excel
- Analytical skills and ability to identify problems and seek solutions
- Proactive attitude and ability to work in a team
- Ability to easily establish and maintain contacts

Your future role:
- Organization and responsibility for work related to client projects,
- Maintaining accounting books and tax settlements for companies (CIT, VAT, WHT, etc.),

- Creating reports for clients.
