Must Have

- Lead and coordinate larger events and projects (office moves, seating, communications, launch events, team building, new hire on-boarding, team meetings)
- Lead all logistics, communications, and budget tracking for projects and events
- Work cross-functionally as a representative for your organization, collaborating with various departments
- Independently handle and process purchase orders, invoices, expense reports, and corporate card reconciliations
- Oversee conference room management and maintain office common areas, identifying improvements
- Approach problems with creativity and new ideas, anticipating challenges for upcoming projects
- Identify gaps and propose new methods and techniques to improve best practices
- 7 years of previous administrative experience supporting one or more senior executives
- Expert-level proficiency with Apple software like Calendar, eApproval, Keynote, Pages, and Numbers
- Expert-level proficiency with collaboration tools like Slack and Quip
Good to Have
- 7-10+ years of previous related administrative experience, preferably supporting Senior Director or VP level leaders in a fast-paced, high-tech environment (engineering teams preferred)
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously on complex assignments

As an Administrative Assistant, you will be a key contributor, extending your influence beyond your immediate team to support broader organizational business objectives.
- Executive Support & Calendar Management: Proactively handle complex calendars for a Senior Director, anticipating scheduling conflicts, prioritizing meetings based on business objectives, and making independent adjustments with minimal guidance.
- Team Support & Coordination: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Senior Director's combined teams, ensuring smooth operations and efficient workflow.
- Project & Event Leadership: Lead and coordinate larger events and projects, such as office moves, seating arrangements, communications and launch events, team building, new hire on-boarding, and team meetings. Lead all logistics, communications, and budget tracking.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Frequently work cross-functionally as a representative for your organization, collaborating with team members from various departments to influence appropriate courses of action on new or evolving processes.
- Financial & Purchasing Management: Independently handle and process purchase orders, invoices, expense reports, and corporate card reconciliations, ensuring compliance and accurate budget tracking.
- Office & Facilities Coordination: Oversee conference room management and maintain office common areas, proactively identifying and implementing improvements for efficiency and team experience.
- Problem Solving & Innovation: Approach problems with creativity and new ideas, anticipating challenges for upcoming projects and events. Identify gaps and propose new methods and techniques to improve best practices, often contributing work outside your primary area of expertise.
Key Qualifications
- 7 years of previous administrative experience supporting one or more senior executives
- Expert-level proficiency with a variety of technologies and software tools — including Apple software like Calendar, eApproval, Keynote, Pages, and Numbers, and collaboration tools like Slack and Quip

- 7-10+ years of previous related administrative experience, preferably supporting Senior Director or VP level leaders in a fast-paced, high-tech environment (engineering teams preferred).

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $42.64 and $63.96/hr, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple’s Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
