Job Summary
This role involves managing inbound customer calls for roadside assistance, processing service requests, coordinating with service providers, and monitoring service delivery. Responsibilities also include administrative support such as maintaining customer accounts and data entry, as well as handling billing and payments. The position is for a US Account and is open to fresh graduates who are amenable to working night shifts, holidays, and on-site.
Must Have
- Customer interaction: customer service and dispatch, manage inbound calls, answer questions about roadside assistance, process service request, and coordinate with service providers.
- Service dispatch: Process service requests, coordinate with a network of roadside assistance providers (towing and repair), and monitor service delivery.
- Administrative support: Maintain and update customer accounts, perform data entry, and support other team members with day-to-day tasks.
- Billing and payments: Calculate charges, process payments, and handle billing inquiries.
- US Account
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency with computers and various software systems.
- Ability to remain calm and efficient in a fast-paced environment.
- Amenable to work on night shift, holidays and working on-site.
