Job Summary

Based in Artelia's offices in Tours, you will join the Artelia Industrie Saint Nazaire team, working on various industrial engineering and project management projects. Your missions as Project Manager Electrical & Instrumentation Engineering include preparing quotes, coordinating and approving automation/electricity/instrumentation studies, sizing and validating equipment, updating technical documents, drafting material and work specifications, ensuring compliance with regulations, acting as the client's technical contact, and coordinating with project teams and other specialties.

Must Have

  • Prepare quotes (Chiffrage et rédaction)
  • Coordinate and approve automation/electricity/instrumentation studies
  • Dimension, select, and validate equipment
  • Ensure technical document updates
  • Draft material and work specifications
  • Control study compliance with regulations and standards
  • Be the client's privileged technical contact
  • Ensure coordination with project technical teams
  • Interface with other project specialties (Process, HSE, GC/VRS, piping, structure)
  • Bac+5 in automation, electricity, instrumentation or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years experience in industrial engineering
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001 and MASE quality procedures
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, MS Project, Autocad

Good to Have

  • Knowledge of the nuclear sector

Job Description

Your team:

Based in ARTELIA premises located in Tours. You will join the ARTELIA Industrie Saint Nazaire (44) team which works on various industrial projects in engineering and multi-disciplinary project management (Process, Calculations, piping and equipment integration, industrial electricity, instrumentation & Automation, mechanics, etc.). Our team is structured to ensure the success of our projects while ensuring the development of our employees' skills.

Our objective: project success in a spirit of individual fulfillment.

Your missions:

As Project Manager Electrical & Instrumentation Engineering, your missions will consist of:

  • Preparing quotes (Costing and drafting)
  • Coordinating and approving automation / electricity / instrumentation studies for multi-disciplinary projects,
  • Intervening in the sizing, selection, and validation of equipment,
  • Ensuring the updating of technical documents (technical specifications and plans),
  • Drafting material and work specifications,
  • Controlling the conformity of studies with applicable regulations and standards,
  • Being the client's privileged contact for the technical aspects of projects,
  • Ensuring coordination with the technical teams assigned to the project you are in charge of (Technical teams currently based in Saint Nazaire)
  • Ensuring the interface with other project specialties (Process, HSE, GC/VRS, piping, structure, etc.).
  • Supporting the establishment director in developing activities in the Centre - Val De Loire region (Optional)

Qualifications

Your assets for success:

With a Bac+5 degree specialized in automation, electricity, instrumentation or equivalent, you have acquired a minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial engineering. Knowledge of the nuclear sector would be a plus.

You are rigorous, methodical with good analytical and synthesis skills. You enjoy team coordination, sharing technical skills, and can easily integrate into a group.

The application of ISO 9001 and MASE Quality procedures is your daily routine. Ensuring safety on sites and/or at our clients' premises is one of your priorities. You master IT tools such as Office pack, MS Project, Autocad.
