As an Administrative Assistant in Hardware Technology, you will be the central hub of the department, coordinating between employees and external contacts. You will organize and support teams in dynamic environments, handling tasks from greeting visitors to managing daily group needs. This role provides comprehensive support for a large engineering team, focusing on operational tasks like new hire onboarding, purchasing, asset inventory, facilities management, event planning, space planning, and financial reconciliation. The position requires strong problem-solving, critical-thinking, time management, multitasking, attention to detail, decision-making, and communication skills, along with confidentiality and discretion.

Key Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree
  • 2+ years working in a high-tech environment
  • Experience managing complex calendars commensurate with the role requirements
  • Experience managing various projects and events from conception to completion

  • High proficiency with a variety of applications such as Apple Calendar, Keynote, Pages, Slack, and Excel/Numbers
  • Ability to maintain consistent attention to detail, be able to prioritize and independently manage their time in a fast-paced atmosphere where there are often impromptu requests

At, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $35.98 and $63.96/hr, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
