Job Description

Social Discovery Group (SDG) is seeking an Administrator of Content Moderation Group to lead a team of 4-5 moderators. This role involves preparing regulations, monitoring product changes affecting moderation, maintaining reports on user flow, and ensuring content quality on websites through viewing and moderation. The administrator will also handle graphic content preparation, communicate with Bitrix partners, monitor internal correspondence, train new employees, and oversee user profile moderation for Core products. The position is full-time and remote.
Must Have:
  • Administer a team of 4-5 moderators
  • Prepare regulations and monitor product changes affecting moderation processes
  • Maintain reports on the quantity and quality of incoming user flow for products
  • Prepare graphic content on the website (retouching, sizing, color correction)
  • Control content quality on websites (viewing, content moderation)
  • Communicate with partners Bitrix (in chat)
  • View and monitor correspondence within the company
  • Train and adapt new employees
  • Ensure the process of moderating user profiles on the Core products
  • Task/workforce planning & trackers
  • Moderation CRM & ticket hygiene (e.g., Bitrix)
  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets
  • Media formats & editing fundamentals
  • Policy & taxonomy expertise + documentation
  • Auto-moderation (AI) configuration & calibration
  • Label QA & inter-annotator agreement
  • Verification & activation flows (product-specific)

We are looking for a Administrator of Content Moderation Group to join our team of Moderators.

Your main tasks will be:

  • Administering a team of 4-5 moderators;
  • Preparing regulations, monitoring changes in products that affect user moderation processes;
  • Maintaining reports on the quantity and quality of the incoming user flow for the products;
  • Preparation of graphic content on the website (retouching, sizing, color correction);
  • Content quality control on websites (viewing, content moderation);
  • Communication with partners Bitrix (in chat);
  • Viewing and monitoring correspondence within the company;
  • Training and adaptation of new employees;
  • Ensuring the process of moderating user profiles on the Core products.

In the other locations, the company provides reimbursement of workplace costs up to $ 1000 gross once every 3 years, according to the paychecks. This money can be spent on the rent of the co-working room, on equipping the working place at home (desk, chair, Internet, etc.) during those 3 years;
