With 400+ employees, we’re hiring an experienced Office Manager & PA to support all business units and partner closely with our VP-level leadership on administrative operations.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for employees, guests, and suppliers at the office.
- Escort and assist all visitors in a professional and warm manner.
- Oversee and support all office operations and administrative projects.
- Resolve day-to-day operational issues quickly and efficiently.
- Track and manage payments to suppliers in coordination with Finance.
- Provide PA support to two executives, with full ownership of calendars, meeting logistics, and professional tasks.
- Handle sensitive and confidential matters with discretion and professionalism.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as an Office Manager and/or Personal Assistant or similar role.
- Proven experience in high-tech and/or global companies.
- Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking.
- Fluent in both English and Hebrew (written and verbal).
- Energetic, quick learner with the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
- Warm, approachable personality with strong interpersonal skills.
- Core competencies: Professionalism, Responsibility, Teamwork, Initiative, and Creativity.
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant education – an advantage.
