Papaya, a Tel Aviv-based mobile gaming company, seeks an experienced Office Manager & PA. This role supports all business units and VP-level leadership with administrative operations. Responsibilities include serving as the first point of contact for employees and visitors, overseeing office operations, resolving daily issues, and managing supplier payments. The position also provides dedicated PA support to two executives, handling calendars, meeting logistics, and confidential tasks. Candidates need 2+ years of experience in office management or PA roles, preferably in high-tech, with strong organizational, problem-solving, and bilingual English/Hebrew skills.

  • Provide PA support to two executives, managing calendars and logistics.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential matters with discretion.
  • 2+ years experience as Office Manager or Personal Assistant.

  • Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail.

  • Fluent in both English and Hebrew (written and verbal).

With 400+ employees, we’re hiring an experienced Office Manager & PA to support all business units and partner closely with our VP-level leadership on administrative operations.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for employees, guests, and suppliers at the office.
  • Escort and assist all visitors in a professional and warm manner.
  • Oversee and support all office operations and administrative projects.
  • Resolve day-to-day operational issues quickly and efficiently.
  • Track and manage payments to suppliers in coordination with Finance.
  • Provide PA support to two executives, with full ownership of calendars, meeting logistics, and professional tasks.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential matters with discretion and professionalism.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as an Office Manager and/or Personal Assistant or similar role.
  • Proven experience in high-tech and/or global companies.
  • Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking.
  • Fluent in both English and Hebrew (written and verbal).
  • Energetic, quick learner with the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
  • Warm, approachable personality with strong interpersonal skills.
