Must Have:
  • Greet and welcome visitors professionally.
  • Maintain visitor logs and ensure security compliance.
  • Oversee procurement of office supplies and equipment.
  • Monitor and ensure smooth operation of office utilities.
  • Organize meeting room bookings and coordinate logistics.
  • Oversee medical insurance processes (offers, renewals, claims).
  • Coordinate with departments for administrative and logistical needs.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in an administrative role.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in English.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to work.
  • Experience in managing confidential information with discretion.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Maintain visitor logs and ensure compliance with security procedures.
  • Oversee the procurement of office supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate inventory levels are maintained.
  • Monitor and ensure smooth operation of office utilities (internet, phones, etc.)
  • Organize meeting room bookings and coordinate logistics for internal meetings
  • Oversee medical insurance processes including offers, renewals, employee additions/removals, and claims issues.
  • Coordinate with different departments to support their administrative and logistical needs.
