ElevenLabs is seeking an experienced Global Business Development Lead to build and manage a strong distribution network across Cloud, Resellers, SIs, and Entertainment sectors. This role involves developing and executing the global BD strategy, identifying expansion channels, and setting success metrics. The lead will work with the partner ecosystem to generate new sales opportunities and manage a team of verticalized BD members. Responsibilities include establishing and nurturing relationships with companies, driving growth, and overseeing key global relationships with strategic brands to sustain the company's growth for the next decade.
Must have:
  • 10+ years in business development/channel partnerships within SaaS
  • At least 4 years in direct sales
  • Proven track record in Big Tech or strong technical acumen
  • Owner mindset: hands-on, proactive, execution-driven
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience designing/executing BD initiatives
  • Success in building and scaling high-performing teams
  • Based on US East Coast or open to relocation

Job Details

While we support remote work, we prefer someone based on the East Coast for this role.

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Business Development executive who has built channel teams across geographies. We are looking to build a strong distribution network across Cloud, Resellers, SIs and Entertainment that sustains our growth for the next 10 years. In this role, you will:

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute our BD strategy globally, including the channels to open/expand, success metrics, resources, and more

  • Work with the partner ecosystem to generate new sales opportunities for our sales reps

  • Manage a team of verticalised BD team members to include Cloud, Resellers/Channel and Entertainment

  • Establish and nurture relationships with companies to drive growth

  • Oversee key global relationships with strategic brands

Who  you are

  1. 10+ years of experience in business development or channel partnerships within SaaS, including at least 4 years in direct sales

  2. Proven track record in Big Tech or demonstrated strong technical acumen

  3. A true owner mindset - hands-on, proactive and ready to dive into execution to drive results

  4. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to influence and build trust

  5. Experience designing and executing a broad range of business development initiatives

  6. Demonstrated success in building and scaling high-performing teams

  7. Based on the US East Coast or open to relocating for optimal timezone collaboration
