🎯 Main responsibilities

• Design and develop key tools and services for our PaaS platform, facilitating application deployment, monitoring, and scaling.
• Collaborate with development teams to identify needs and improve the developer experience when using the platform.
• Create and maintain a self-service portal for developers that allows autonomous infrastructure management.
• Automate provisioning, configuration, and monitoring processes for infrastructure to improve efficiency and reduce the risk of manual errors.
• Implement scalable and resilient solutions that abstract the underlying infrastructure, providing APIs and services to simplify application development.
• Participate in the implementation of monitoring and alerting systems, ensuring the visibility and stability of services on the platform.
• Collaborate with SRE and DevOps teams to ensure security and resource optimization.
• Provide documentation and support to developers who interact with the platform, facilitating its use and adoption.
• Contribute to the quality culture and good practices within the team, promoting the use of automated tests, CI/CD, and continuous improvement.

🏆 What do you need to shine?

• 3 years of experience in software engineering roles, with a focus on platforms or backend services.
• Intermediate knowledge in designing and developing scalable systems using technologies such as Kubernetes, Docker, and AWS.
• Practical experience in at least one programming language such as Go or Python, with an interest in creating APIs and backend services.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, CircleCI, or ArgoCD.
• Basic knowledge or practical experience in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with tools such as Terraform or Pulumi.
• Exposure or basic knowledge in monitoring and alerting systems (Datadog, Prometheus, or Grafana).
• Problem-solving skills and ability to learn new technologies quickly.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with other technical teams.
• Interest in learning security and compliance practices in cloud environments.
