What are we looking for?

The role will be integrated as Intern Risk Ops to be part of our Risk Ops team. Our department's mission is to automate credit risk analysis at Xepelin and define underwriting rules, as well as manually review our clients' operations.

Main responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve credit risk processes and systems.
• Collaborate on automation tasks fundamental to the company's success.
• Propose and modify rules for the underwriting process.
• Learn underwriting methodologies and credit risk analysis for SMEs.

What do you need to shine?

• Active student of Mathematics, Actuarial Science, Finance, Economics, Industrial or Civil IT Engineering, or Computer Science.
• Have valid school insurance.
• Logic (we seek to take day-to-day underwriting to clear and structured rules; for this, logic is fundamental; you will need to generate/think of rules that cover as many cases as possible so as not to leave loose ends).
• Be meticulous, detailed, and organized.
• Be collaborative and proactive.
• Have an excellent attitude and a strong desire to learn.
• Basic knowledge of SQL, R, Python.
