The role is within the Product Engineering team, aiming to build innovative solutions in a rapidly evolving environment. Responsibilities include technically and organizationally leading engineering teams, ensuring effective planning and iterative value delivery, collaborating with product and design, mentoring team members, promoting engineering best practices (code reviews, testing, CI/CD, observability), overseeing system technical health, aligning teams with technical strategy, managing risks, participating in architectural decisions, and fostering a high-performing work environment.
Must Have
- Lead engineering teams technically and organizationally.

Job Description
- Liderar técnica y organizacionalmente a uno o más equipos de ingeniería.
- Asegurar una planificación efectiva, facilitando la entrega de valor de manera iterativa y continua.
- Colaborar con producto, diseño y otras áreas para definir prioridades y alcanzar objetivos de negocio.
- Desarrollar a los miembros del equipo a través de mentoría, feedback y acompañamiento en su crecimiento profesional.
- Promover buenas prácticas de ingeniería: revisiones de código, testing, CI/CD, observabilidad.
- Supervisar la salud técnica de los sistemas bajo su responsabilidad y fomentar mejoras continuas.

- Experiencia facilitando procesos de desarrollo de personas, gestión de performance y feedback.
- Inglés intermedio o superior.
- Conocimientos en ciberseguridad aplicada al desarrollo de software (nivel básico o superior).
- Familiaridad con ciencia de datos o trabajo con equipos de data (nivel básico o superior).
- Experiencia previa en startups o entornos altamente dinámicos.
- Experiencia trabajando con equipos remotos y distribuidos.
- Conocimiento práctico de metodologías ágiles y métricas de delivery.
