The role: You will work with a fast-growing, Silicon Valley–based podcast agency that partners with innovative B2B technology brands to produce CEO-hosted video podcasts. The team is passionate, creative, and committed to transforming how business leaders communicate — blending the depth of B2B thought leadership with the engaging, entertaining style of consumer media. Together, we make professional topics both accessible and memorable, helping clients captivate their target audiences and stand out in a crowded market.
Responsibilities:
- Own the Visual Identity for 8–10 Client Shows
- Design and maintain podcast cover art, episode thumbnails, and branding for each client.
- Ensure each show is visually distinct while aligning with the client’s brand identity.
- Create Episode & Guest Assets
- Build templates for guest headshots, quotes, and featured episodes for easy, repeatable production.
- Deliver polished, press-ready visuals for client use.
- Develop & Maintain Brand Systems
- Create style guides for each client, including logo rules, typography, and color palettes.
- Standardize file formats and artwork sizes for all podcast platforms.
- Support Client Growth & Partnerships
- Design sponsor pitch decks, media kits, and one-pagers that showcase show performance and audience reach.
- Provide professional artwork for distribution on Spotify, Apple Podcasts, and other listening platforms.
- Collaborate & Iterate
- Work directly with internal producers and client teams to understand brand requirements and incorporate feedback.
- Manage multiple projects at once, delivering high-quality work on tight deadlines.
- Maintain Quality Control
- Ensure all assets meet high visual standards and contribute to a cohesive, professional brand presence.
