Responsibilities:

  • Design Creation: Develop visually appealing graphics for marketing campaigns, including social media posts, advertisements, website banners, email newsletters, and other promotional materials.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs adhere to the company’s brand guidelines, maintaining consistency in messaging and visual identity.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to understand project requirements and translate them into compelling design solutions.
  • Visual Content Strategy: Contribute to the development of visual content strategies that align with our brand objectives and target audience.
  • Creative Ideation: Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm innovative design concepts and ideas for marketing campaigns.
  • Asset Management: Organize and maintain a library of design assets, ensuring easy access and efficient workflow for future projects.
  • Feedback Incorporation: Incorporate feedback from the marketing team and stakeholders to refine designs and continuously improve the visual impact of our marketing materials.
  • Trend Awareness: Stay up-to-date with design trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies to bring fresh and innovative ideas to the table.
  • Quality Control: Conduct thorough reviews of designs to ensure accuracy, quality, and adherence to project requirements.

Requirements:

  • A degree in a relevant field such as Graphic Design, Visual Arts.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a marketing or gaming environment.
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, InDesign).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and creativity.
  • Solid understanding of design principles, including layout, typography, colour theory, and composition.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality designs within deadlines.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and best practices.
  • Ability to adapt to evolving design trends and industry standards.
  • Passion for gaming and a good understanding of the gaming industry.
