We are Spliced Inc. and we’re looking for a Graphics Programmer.
The Role
One of the amazing things about this opportunity is the chance to get in at a relatively early stage on an exciting new AAA game. You will play a critical role in developing and maintaining graphics systems technology, tailoring and optimizing them to deliver the highest quality game to our players.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and implementation of new cutting-edge graphics technology and improvements of existing Unreal Engine rendering features.
- Keep up to date with the latest rendering techniques and tools, helping us to innovate, plan, and deliver full features.
- Optimize and maintain performance and memory of the rendering system.
- Work with the Art and Tech Art to set memory and performance budgets. And assist them to debug and use more efficiently the different rendering features.
About You:
- Demonstrable professional software development experience in the industry.
- Experience working with Unreal Engine 4+/5
- Experience shipping a AAA game title
- Experience of working on consoles. (bonus if you have other platforms)
- Knowledge of rendering systems and hardware architectures (GPU and CPU), optimization strategies and profiling tools.
- Passionate about rendering systems and facilitating efficient team workflows.
- Computer science degree
- Bonus if you have Experience working on VFX systems
