ReviewStudio, part of StoryTeq, is looking to bring on a Growth Marketing Manager to the team. In this role, you will be responsible for the managing and developing a range of marketing channels, monitor and report on performance, design and launch paid media experiments, and optimise paid media spend to help us hit our targets. Our ideal candidate will have experience in the B2B SaaS space, leading Product Led Growth (PLG) and Sales Led Growth (SLG) initiatives, from awareness campaigns, to maximizing conversions from website visits, and ultimately to paid customers. We are looking for someone with an appetite to experiment with new channels and approaches, with a results and data-driven mentality.
Responsibilities:
- Managing Google Ads, LinkedIn campaigns, as well as other paid social channels.
- Explore new channels to increase awareness.
- Experiment with onboarding flows to maximize conversions from page visit to trial to paid conversion.
- Work with sales to develop an outbound and SLG pipeline through channel experimentation.
- Optimize engagement and conversions across trials and free plans.
- Develop and test strategies to understand what best engages our audience.
Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience in a performance/growth marketing role, preferrably in a B2B SaaS organization.
- Experience with paid media campaign strategy, execution, and analysis.
- Demonstrable experience working in Google Ads, Linkedin Campaign Manager, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, Userflow (or similar), Activecampaign (or similar).
- Demonstrated ability to understand the B2B buying cycle, and how various touch points impact buying decisions.
- Strong data and analytical skills.
- Flexible skill set and self-starter, with the ability to bring new ideas to the table. Experience using AI or other emerging tech a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- SEO/GEO experience a plus.
- Experience with product analytics tools a plus.
- Be available to work in-person one (possibly two) days a week.
