Must have:
  • Manage Content & SoMe, Influencer Marketing, and graphic design teams (12 people).
  • Support agency teams in tender processes and digital marketing projects.
  • Develop comprehensive digital and influencer marketing strategies for clients.
  • Independently create offers and sales presentations, developing the agency's business offering.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships for efficient project execution.
  • Manage project scope, schedule, and budgets, implementing processes and procedures.
  • Build and maintain relationships with influencers, digital creators, and external suppliers.
  • Develop team competencies, mentor, and inspire innovative solutions.
  • 5-10 years of experience leading a team in a digital marketing agency or on the client side.
  • Ability to build a long-term vision for digital and influencer marketing.
  • Experience in managing media and marketing budgets and optimizing ROI.
  • In-depth knowledge of the market, including influencer marketing and social media ecosystem.
  • Proficiency in digital tools, paid media, and AI technologies.
  • Ability to work with data analytics (Google Analytics, Brand24, social listening) and translate insights into strategy.
  • Fluent English is essential.

We are looking for an experienced person for a managerial position who will lead our digital and influencer marketing team and will be responsible for creating and implementing comprehensive communication strategies for the largest brands on the market. Responsibilities

Your tasks:

  • Managing Content & SoMe, Influencer Marketing divisions and the graphic design department (12 people in total)
  • Supporting agency teams in tender processes and digital marketing projects
  • Developing comprehensive digital and influencer marketing strategies for agency clients
  • Independently creating offers and sales presentations for agency services, developing the agency's business offering
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships for efficient project execution
  • Managing project scope, schedule, and budgets, implementing processes and procedures
  • Building and maintaining relationships with influencers, digital creators, and external suppliers
  • Developing team competencies, mentoring, and inspiring to seek innovative solutions

Qualifications

Apply if:

  • You have 5-10 years of experience in independently leading a team in a digital marketing agency (especially in social media) or on the client side
  • You have the ability to build a long-term vision for digital and influencer marketing
  • You have experience in managing media and marketing budgets and optimizing ROI
  • You have experience in developing agency offerings and introducing new digital services
  • You are distinguished by in-depth knowledge of the market, including influencer marketing and the social media ecosystem
  • You have very good knowledge of digital tools, paid media, and AI technologies
  • You can work with data analytics (Google Analytics, Brand24, social listening) and translate insights into strategy
  • You have high communication skills – clear articulation of thoughts, ease of presentation and conducting meetings with clients and within the team
  • Strong leadership skills – inspiring, developing, and motivating the team, mentoring, are your strengths
  • You have the ability to conduct negotiations with clients, partners, and influencers
  • You are fluent in English – an essential condition
  • You organize work excellently and know task management tools (MS Office, project management systems)
