Job Description

Schbang is seeking a Head of Martech to define and architect CRM and marketing technology strategies for enterprise clients. This role involves leading end-to-end CRM and marketing automation implementations, integrating platforms like HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, and Oracle, and driving adoption of automation tools such as WebEngage, MoEngage, Braze, and Customer.io. The Head of Martech will also lead, mentor, and grow a team, establish best practices, and act as the client-facing lead for strategic and technical discussions, collaborating with internal tech, design, and strategy teams.

Must Have:

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • MarTech Strategy & Architecture
  • Define and architect CRM and marketing technology strategies for enterprise clients.
  • Translate client business objectives into CRM journeys covering segmentation, lead scoring, nurturing, and lifecycle automation.
  • Delivery & Implementation
  • Lead end-to-end CRM and marketing automation implementations.
  • Integrate platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, Oracle, and others.
  • Drive adoption of automation tools like WebEngage, MoEngage, Braze, Customer.io, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Leadership & Team Management
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a team of CRM managers, analysts, and automation specialists.
  • Establish SOPs, frameworks, and delivery best practices to scale martech operations.
  • Client Engagement & Collaboration
  • Act as the client-facing lead, handling both strategic and technical discussions.
  • Partner with internal tech, design, and strategy teams for successful cross-functional delivery.

Desired Skills & Experience

  • 8+ years of hands-on experience in CRM strategy and marketing automation.
  • Proven expertise with HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, Oracle, or similar enterprise CRM platforms.
  • Strong exposure to automation tools like WebEngage, MoEngage, Braze, or Customer.io.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering CRM solutions across multiple clients (BFSI and Retail preferred).
  • Ability to lead client conversations with a balance of strategic vision and technical depth.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
