The Head of QA/QC will be responsible for overseeing quality control and quality assurance for Sika India. This includes monitoring and analyzing the performance of quality assurance across all manufacturing locations to ensure the delivery of high-quality products and services that meet customer expectations. The role involves leading the quality control team, conducting audits, achieving defined quality KPIs, ensuring compliance with the QMS and ISO9001 requirements, maintaining the Sika Management System (SMS), cooperating with regional QA for ISO certification, supervising inspections, ensuring the implementation of the APAC QA Roadmap, preparing and monitoring quality assurance plans, training quality personnel, managing customer complaints, ensuring equipment calibration, leading BIS related activities, supporting the development of new packaging materials, implementing statistical process control, and maintaining data hygiene.
