Due to our continued growth, we're now looking for a Head of SEO to join our high performing team. 
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Head of SEO to lead our global efforts in driving and optimising SEO initiatives. As a key player in our marketing team, you will be responsible for achieving acquisition and growth targets, focusing on NDC (New Depositing Customers), RDC (Returning Depositing Customers), Actives, and NGR (Net Gaming Revenue) from the SEO channel. 
 
As our Head of SEO you will;  
 
Global SEO Strategy: 
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive global SEO strategy to achieve business goals.
  • Manage and optimize the SEO budget on a global scale.
 
Leadership: 
  • Lead, evolve, and develop an international SEO team located across different regions.
  • Ensure efficient staffing and foster a culture of continuous learning and competence development.
  • Use your emotional intelligence to navigate interpersonal relationships, empathise with your team members and key stakeholders and adeptly resolve any conflicts which may arise.
 
Execution and Analysis: 
  • Oversee all aspects of SEO activities, both on and off-site, aligning with key performance indicators (KPIs) such as NDC intake, generic impressions, CTR improvement, and organic deposits and NGR enhancement.
  • Regularly analyse results and take data-driven actions to enhance performance.
 
Stakeholder Communication: 
  • Sell your vision to senior stakeholders and influence those whose support you will need to execute
  • Communicate results and strategic actions effectively to stakeholders, including Country and Marketing Managers, relevant Heads, and the Management group.
 
Collaboration: 
  • Work closely with the Marketing department, Compliance, Data & Analytics team, and other cross-functional departments within the organization.
 
Continuous Learning: 
  • Proactively stay informed about the latest SEO best practices, trends, and strategies, applying relevant knowledge to enhance business outcomes.
 
Forecasting and Strategy Development: 
  • Develop forecasts and strategies to optimize our competitive position and improve overall SEO performance.
 
Senior-Level Support: 
  • Provide senior-level support regarding competitive presence and SEO strategies.
 
Staff Development: 
  • Monitor, support, and train junior staff to maintain high standards within the company.
 
Collaborative Projects: 
  • Contribute as part of the senior discipline team, participating in the development and execution of key projects across the organization.
  • Collaborate with team members, optimizing their performance by sharing performance reporting and resources.
 
Technical Infrastructure and Third-Party Management: 
  • Ensure the technical infrastructure is optimized for tracking and reporting.
  • Manage relationships with third-party agencies, ensuring partner capability and performance.

 

Your areas of knowledge and experience include;  

 
 
  • A bachelors degree in a relevant field such as Marketing, Business, Communications, Information Technology or Computer Science.
  • Masters or MBA would be highly advantageous.
  • Certifications from reputable Search organisations or platforms i.e.
  • Google Analytics Individual Qualification (GAIQ) 
  • Google Ads Certifications
  • SEO- related certifications from organisations like SEMrush, Moz or HubSpot.
