Pullup Entertainment, a group built on the foundation of FOCUS ENTERTAINMENT, brings together globally recognized creative talents in the publishing and creation of original content within the video game sector. As part of structuring its IT organization, the Pullup Entertainment Group is seeking a Head of Systems and Network Infrastructure, primarily based at its Paris headquarters. The position includes an operational role with the potential for future management of internal resources and/or external service providers. Your responsibilities will encompass managing the IT infrastructure, including system and network administration and supervision, defining and implementing maintenance and evolution policies for hardware, and administering cloud infrastructure, monitoring performance, security, and service availability. You will also be responsible for system and network security, applying security policies defined by the Group's CISO, contributing to the security of access, data, and operating environments, and intervening technically in case of security incidents. Additionally, you will provide technical support and assistance to users at the headquarters and studios, technical support for cross-functional and business projects, and occasional supervision of internal or external resources. Operational and project piloting will involve planning, activity tracking and reporting, subcontractor management, implementation of park and technical service evolution projects, and maintaining up-to-date documentation related to the activity.

Le groupe PULLUP ENTERTAINMENT, fondé sur l’ADN de FOCUS ENTERTAINMENT, réunit des talents créatifs mondialement reconnus dans l’édition et la création de contenus originaux dans le secteur du jeu vidéo.

Dans le cadre de la structuration de son organisation IT, le Groupe Pullup Entertainment recherche un responsable des infrastructures systèmes et réseaux, avec un ancrage principal au siège parisien.

Le poste inclut un rôle opérationnel avec une possibilité d'encadrement futur de ressources internes et/ou de prestataires.

Vos missions:

Gestion de l’infrastructure IT incluant :
- l'administration et la supervision des infrastructures systèmes et réseaux,
- la définition et mise en œuvre de la politique de maintenance et d’évolution du parc matériel
- l'administration de l'infrastructure cloud, et le suivi de la performance, de la sécurité et de la disponibilité des services.
Sécurité des systèmes et réseaux:
- l'application des politiques de sécurité définies par le RSSI Groupe
- la participation à la sécurisation des accès, des données et des environnements d’exploitation
- l'intervention technique en cas d’incidents de sécurité.
Support et accompagnement technique:
- offrant un support technique et une assistance aux utilisateurs du siège et aux studios,
- un appui technique aux projets transverses et métiers
- un encadrement ponctuel de ressources internes ou externes.
Pilotage opérationnel et projets :
- incluant la planification,
- le suivi des activités et reporting
- le pilotage de la sous-traitance,
- la mise en œuvre des projets d’évolution du parc et des services techniques
- le maintien à jour des documentations liées à son activité.
