Job Description

Since 2014, Le Collectionist transforms holiday home rentals into exceptional experiences with unparalleled service. To support its strong growth, the company is recruiting an HR Business Partner. Reporting to the Head of People, this role provides strategic and operational HR support across talent management, managerial guidance, skills development, labor law, compensation, and employee experience. The HRBP will be a key player in fostering company culture and improving HR practices in an international, evolving environment, with regular travel to Switzerland.

Must Have:
  • Be the primary HR contact for managers on daily topics: performance management, organization, development, sensitive situations.
  • Advise and support regional directors in managing their field teams, providing solutions adapted to local challenges.
  • Lead recruitment and support managers in identifying and selecting talent.
  • Implement structured onboarding for rapid skill development and smooth integration of new hires.
  • Ensure HR practices comply with local legislation in France, Switzerland, and Austria.
  • Adapt and secure HR policies according to legal obligations: contracts, working hours, terminations.
  • Ensure consistent and fair application of social rules while minimizing legal risks.
  • Ensure alignment of HR practices between Le Collectionist and Bramble Ski.
  • Identify gaps and streamline HR processes, tools, and methods across the Ski Group scope.
  • Contribute to building a common and shared HR culture among teams.
  • Conduct salary benchmarks, manage benefit schemes, and build incentive plans adapted to different markets.
  • Lead or co-lead cross-functional HR projects: talent management, HR tools, group policies, succession planning.
  • Deploy employee engagement initiatives, fostering loyalty and a positive employee experience.
  • Actively participate in continuous improvement of practices and the strategic HR roadmap at group level.
  • Hold a Master's degree (university, IEP or business school).
  • 2-3 years of professional experience in a generalist HR role, including managerial support, IRP management, and skills development.
  • Good command of French labor law and basics of Swiss labor law.
  • Fluency in French and English (oral and written) is essential.

Job Description

To support the strong growth of Le Collectionist and ensure close HR support, we are recruiting an HR Business Partner.

Reporting to the Head of People, you will play a key role with managers and teams, providing strategic and operational HR support across a wide scope: talent management, managerial support, skills development, labor law, compensation, and employee experience.

As a change agent, you will be a true relay of the company culture, while actively contributing to the continuous improvement of HR practices and the structuring of our organization in an international, demanding, and evolving environment.

Regular travel is expected to Le Châble (Switzerland), where part of the HR team is based (including personnel administration and HR Coordinator), to maintain a strong link with operational teams and ensure close management.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Managerial Support & Operational HR

  • Be the primary HR contact for managers on all daily topics: performance management, organization, development, sensitive situations.
  • Advise and support regional directors in managing their field teams, providing solutions adapted to their local challenges.

2. Compliance & International Legal Management

  • Ensure HR practices comply with local legislation in France, Switzerland, and Austria.
  • Adapt and secure HR policies according to legal obligations: contracts, working hours, terminations, etc.
  • Ensure consistent and fair application of social rules while minimizing legal risks.

3. Harmonization & HR Consistency between Entities

  • Ensure alignment of HR practices between Le Collectionist and Bramble Ski.
  • Identify gaps and streamline HR processes, tools, and methods across the entire Ski Group scope.
  • Contribute to building a common and shared HR culture among teams.

4. HR Development, Compensation & Cross-functional Projects

  • Conduct salary benchmarks, manage benefit schemes, and build incentive plans adapted to different markets.
  • Lead or co-lead cross-functional HR projects: talent management, HR tools, group policies, succession planning…
  • Deploy employee engagement initiatives, fostering loyalty and a positive employee experience.
  • Actively participate in the continuous improvement of practices and the strategic HR roadmap at group level.

Qualifications

Experience & Skills

  • Holder of a Bac + 5 level degree (university Master's, IEP or business school), you have at least 2 to 3 years of professional experience in a generalist HR role, including managerial support, management of employee representative bodies (IRP) and skills development.
  • Good command of French labor law and basics of Swiss labor law. Interest in international environments.
  • Experience in a fast-growing environment, HR structuring or transformation appreciated.
  • Excellent analytical skills: comfortable with HR tools and KPIs to manage your activity.
  • Fluency in French and English is essential (oral and written).
