Marsh McLennan is seeking an HR Coordinator for its People Function team in Melbourne. This hybrid role requires working at least three days a week in the office. The coordinator will support the Senior People Partner for Mercer Super, managing the employee lifecycle for Regulated Role Holders, ensuring compliance, and coordinating people-related activities with various HR centers. Key responsibilities include maintaining process documents, assisting with committee preparations, and managing organizational change processes related to regulated roles.
Good To Have:
Experience working within regulated environments, particularly with prudential or compliance frameworks.
Familiarity with CPS 511 and FAR regulated roles or similar regulatory requirements.
Strong mathematical reasoning and analytical skills to support variable remuneration modelling and performance scorecard consolidation.
Ability to manage confidential information with discretion and maintain a “one source of truth” documentation approach.
Must Have:
Support Senior People Partner for Mercer Super in managing employee lifecycle for Regulated Role Holders (RRHs).
Ensure compliance with prudential requirements through effective process and documentation management.
Collaborate with HR Centres of Excellence (COE) and Regulatory Governance Office to coordinate people-related activities.
Coordinate regulatory disclosures, performance and variable reward outcomes, audits, organisational change, and board/risk reporting.
Maintain and update process documents and centralised filing systems for regulated roles, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
Assist with preparation and coordination of documentation for People & Culture Committees, Board meetings, and Risk & Compliance reporting.
Manage organisational change processes related to Regulated Roles, liaising with HR Managers, Reward, and ER teams.
Strong background in HR administration and people-related processes.
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, including building locked templates and optimising data collation and reporting.
Excellent document management, planning, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Ability to work professionally with multiple internal stakeholders.
