As an HR Generalist, you will undertake a wide range of HR tasks, both administrative and strategic, and support the development and execution of employee procedures and policies. You will also provide guidance and interpretation for business operations. This includes revising and recommending HR policies, responding to inquiries, working on EMEA HR projects, advising on corrective actions, managing onboarding and offboarding, staying up-to-date on social and labor law, and facilitating compliance tasks. The role also involves acting as an advisor, ensuring accurate personal information, and providing first-line benefits support. This is a hybrid role based out of Frankfurt.
Good To Have:- Experience supporting a sales and customer service organization
- Experience with HRIS, Jobvite or Workday is desired
- Previous exposure to compensation and benefits relevant to the local market
Must Have:- Bachelor's or master's degree
- Minimum 2 years HR experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English and German
- Good knowledge of social legislation and current HR and legal environments
- Confident with MS Office tools
