Job Description

As an HR Manager, you will advise and support managers and employees on HR-related matters, and further develop and implement HR processes, policies, and guidelines. You will participate in and lead HR projects in areas like employer branding, talent management, performance, and culture. Responsibilities include ensuring labor law compliance, preparing reports for data-driven decisions, collaborating with Finance/Payroll, and actively shaping the work environment through initiatives to increase employee satisfaction and engagement. You will also handle general office tasks for smooth operations and provide backup support across the employee life cycle.
Must have:
  • Studies in HR, Business Psychology, or Business Administration
  • Several years of HR experience
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law
  • Independent and structured work style
  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Excellent German and fluent English skills

Then you’re in the right place! As an HR Manager, you’ll be more than just a go-to person for employees and leaders – you’ll play a key role in shaping and advancing our People & Culture vision. From day-to-day HR operations to strategic initiatives, you’ll take ownership, think proactively, and help us build a workplace where people feel empowered, inspired, and supported – with the freedom to contribute ideas and take responsibility.


YOUR ROLE

  • Advising and supporting managers and employees on all HR-related matters
  • Further development and implementation of HR processes, policies, and guidelines
  • Participation in and leadership of HR projects in the areas of employer branding, talent management, performance, culture & engagement
  • Ensuring compliance with labor law requirements and supporting labor law issues
  • Preparing reports, statistics, and analyses to support data-driven decisions (People Analytics)
  • Close collaboration with Finance/Payroll, including preparing payroll data to ensure a smooth payroll process
  • Actively shaping the work environment through engagement in initiatives to increase employee satisfaction – from introducing new benefits and contributing to the organization of team events to implementing measures that strengthen company culture
  • Ensuring smooth daily office operations by independently handling general office tasks
  • Providing backup support across the entire employee life cycle – from onboarding to offboarding
Your profile
  • Completed studies with a focus on Human Resources, Business Psychology, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in the HR field, ideally in a dynamic environment
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and experience working with managers
  • Independent, structured work style with a hands-on mentality
  • Strong communication skills, empathy, and a good instinct for people
  • Excellent German skills at native level and fluent written and spoken English
