Currently, GREE Group is promoting business diversification and strengthening its revenue base, with "Games," "Metaverse," and "DX" as its three core areas. With the transition to a holding company system from January 2025, we are also strengthening our human resources to enhance GREE Group's corporate governance and achieve sustainable growth.
The roles required of Central HR are also diversifying. We are looking for colleagues who can work with us to build and execute more effective and efficient HR business processes, incorporating new knowledge, as a foundation to support the business growth of each group subsidiary.
As the Central HR Payroll Department of GREE Group, your mission will be to broadly handle payroll functions, supporting the business promotion and growth of GREE Holdings itself and its group operating companies. For HR operations, you will promote the introduction of new systems, review, improve, and streamline business processes to ensure stable operation. You will also be involved in many projects, such as the introduction of new systems for the parent company and subsidiaries due to group business growth, and the establishment of new subsidiaries.
It consists of a Talent Management Team responsible for overall recruitment and organizational development, a Payroll Team responsible for salary and social insurance, an HR Planning Team that handles system planning, and a Labor Relations Team.
The payroll team consists of about 10 members, including 6 full-time employees and dispatched or outsourced members, who are highly skilled payroll specialists.
This department is responsible for overall payroll functions for the entire GREE Group, including new hires/departures, salary and social insurance, organizational management, attendance, secondments, and the operation of stock compensation schemes. They drive various projects, large and small, such as introducing payroll functions required at each phase for group subsidiaries in various stages.
You can expand your experience as an HR specialist in an environment where you can experience both the "breadth" of work with group companies of diverse business forms and the "depth" of HR operations unique to a large corporate scale. Furthermore, since you will be responsible for designing, planning, and executing the entire business process from both operational and system perspectives, you can deepen your understanding of HR business processes and enhance your system knowledge.
Each business has a fast growth rate, and in the payroll operations domain, there are opportunities to promote various projects, large and small, to respond to these changes, allowing you to deepen your expertise and broaden your experience as a corporate HR professional.
For future career paths, this position allows for either specializing and enhancing your skills or developing your abilities in a management role.
