Job Description

The HR Service Center Analyst serves as the primary contact for Nissan employees across various regions, addressing HR-related inquiries, policies, and processes. This role involves responding to calls and cases, resolving first-level issues, and escalating complex matters. The analyst will educate employees on HR policies, benefits, and self-service tools, support internal reporting, and contribute to process improvement initiatives, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of company programs and HR systems.
Must have:

  • Identify and assist with process improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company programs and HR systems.
  • Advanced English and Portuguese proficiency (spoken and written).
  • 1–2 years of experience in customer service and/or HR (preferably in a call center environment).
  • Strong customer service orientation and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Access) and HR systems.
Good to have:
  • Bachelor's or equivalent in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
  • Ability to interpret complex information and communicate clearly.
  • Empathy, patience, and sound judgment when handling employee concerns.
  • Experience with Service Now, OpenScape, and HR knowledge base tools.

We are currently looking for an HR Service Center Analyst to join our team. This role is the first point of contact for Nissan employees across multiple regions, providing support and guidance on HR-related inquiries, policies, and processes.

A Day in the Life:

Who We’re Looking for:

Required:

  • Advanced English and Portuguese proficiency (spoken and written)
  • 1–2 years of experience in customer service and/or HR (preferably in a call center environment)
