Job Description

Responsible to the Human Resources supervisor for managing and executing activities that foster a positive work environment, ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and manage personnel services. This includes monitoring employee satisfaction, conducting exit interviews, managing workplace environment and services, supporting new employee inductions, and administering labor relations while ensuring compliance with corporate policies.

Job Details

Responsible to the Human Resources supervisor for managing and executing activities that help create a good work environment, ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and manage personnel services.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration / Psychology / Proven work experience in the position.
  • Knowledge of the Federal Labor Law (LFT)
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Intermediate Office suite usage.
  • Effective communication and ease of speech.
  • Administrative skills.
  • Decision-making skills
  • Schedule availability
  • Teamwork.
  • Basic English.

General Functions

Employee Satisfaction Monitoring.

  • Follow-up on the job satisfaction survey.
  • Analysis and graphing of results.
  • Follow-up on service surveys (Transportation, Medical Department, Cafeteria, and Restrooms) electronically and implement action plans for identified areas of opportunity.

Exit Interview.

  • Establish an exit interview process and feedback for employees who leave.
  • Determine the causes of departure or termination.
  • Awareness of retention.
  • Document and save information.

Environment and Services:

  • Generating an excellent work environment through events and employee recognition.
  • Providing and managing quality services such as Transportation, Cafeteria, Medical Department, and restrooms.
  • General observation rounds and basic disciplines.
  • Administering ambient sound for better employee performance.
  • Comply with absenteeism and turnover metrics and objectives.
  • Prepare reports and analysis of turnover and absenteeism.

Support and follow-up in inductions for new employees through the network of trainers:

  • Imparting topics on benefits and perks.
  • Imparting topics on the Internal Work Regulations.
  • Imparting topics on Labor Compliance Policies.
  • Compliance with basic disciplines.
  • Addressing the needs of the manufacturing area and its line personnel.
  • Attending and participating in meetings and communication forums.

Administration of labor relations:

  • Relations with the base.
  • Relations with the Union.

Compliance with corporate policies:

  • Information security.
  • Collective Bargaining Agreement.
  • Ensuring compliance with the Internal Work Regulations (R.I.T.)
  • Ensuring and deploying labor compliance policies.
