Job Description

Responsible to the Training Supervisor for imparting the O+EB Process and Training to operational and indirect personnel, promoting adult education, executing STPS controls, Internal Control, EOS, Training Procedures and Instructions, and supporting the fulfillment of the HR OS in the Business process.
Must have:
  • Impart basic orientation and training for new hires.
  • Coordinate basic orientation and training program.
  • Manage logistics for O+EB program (materials, instructors, rooms).
  • Deliver theoretical and practical training.
  • Administer theoretical and practical exams.
  • Prepare DC-3 format documents.
  • Register data in LAS electronic system.
  • Provide skill development training for direct and indirect personnel.
  • Develop instructional materials.
  • Create training plans with involved departments.
  • Coordinate training logistics (invitations, materials, instructors, rooms).
  • Record training data in LAS system.
  • Support and monitor internal and legal systems.
  • Control and document compliance with internal EOS systems.
  • Document compliance for internal, external (BSI), and legal audits.
  • Support logistics for training events.
  • Assist in designing instructional materials.
  • Coordinate room logistics for training.
  • Prepare instructional materials (attendance lists, event evaluations).
  • Coordinate and support education programs.
  • Liaise with INEA.
  • Support INEA in schooling projects.
  • Perform other job-related activities as assigned.

Required Skills

  • High school, Technical Career, Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration / Pedagogy / Psychology / Computer Systems Engineering or a related field.
  • Effective communication and ease of speech.
  • 4-step method.
  • Teamwork.
  • Group control and management.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Intermediate MS Office use.
  • Basic English.

General Functions

  • Imparting the Orientation + Basic Training program for new hires.
  • Coordinación of the Orientation + Basic Training program.
  • Logistics of the O+EB program (Material, Instructors and Rooms).
  • Imparting theoretical/practical training.
  • Applying theoretical/practical exams.
  • Preparing DC-3 format.
  • Registering in the electronic LAS system.
  • Imparting training for the skill development plan of direct and indirect personnel.
  • Developing instructional material.
  • Developing training plans in conjunction with involved areas.
  • Coordinating logistics (Invitations, Material, Instructors and Rooms).
  • Registering in the electronic LAS system.
  • Supporting and monitoring internal and legal systems.
  • Controlling and documenting compliance with internal EOS systems.
  • Controlling and documenting compliance with internal, external (BSI) and legal audits.
