Job Summary

Job Description

Responsible to the Manufacturing Assembly Supervisor for the management of material and human resources and administration to comply with production programs.
Must have:
  • Achieve compliance with the daily plan for their line.
  • Manage human resources to achieve expected quality, delivery, and productivity objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with the Quality System and Manufacturing Systems on their line.
  • Ensure and facilitate the functioning of the Natural Work Groups on their line.
  • Meet the waste objective for their line.
  • Maintain a safe and conflict-free work environment.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary teams as assigned.
  • Promote and ensure the implementation of improvements on their line.
Good to have:
  • Experience in Automotive Harness Manufacturing Systems.
  • Administration of resources in an established area in order to define, design, and implement manufacturing systems for the production of electrical harnesses.
  • Coordination and review of the different stages of manufacturing system design.
