They will collaborate with departments like marketing to align design concepts with project goals and ensure smooth progress. The role involves staying updated on domestic design trends, user behavior, and adjusting designs based on user feedback. The ideal candidate will possess strong design skills, an eye for visual expression, and experience in game promotion design.

Must have:

Strong design skills in color theory and composition.
Minimum 2 years experience in game promotion design.
Experience designing for released game projects.
Understanding of game promotion flows and user preferences.

日本ローカルのデザインスタイルとゲームの特徴を融合しクリエイティブを制作

関係部署との協力・推進
マーケティングなどの部門と積極的にコミュニケーションを取り、デザインコンセプトとプロジェクト目標を一致させ、宣伝素材が順調に進むことを確保

デザインのリニューアルとイノベーション
国内デザイントレンド・ユーザー動向に注目し、データを収集し、ユーザーからのフィードバックに基づきデザイン案の調整を担当

専門スキル
色彩理論・構図バランス等のデザインスキルに優れている
視覚的表現に対して鋭い感性をもつ

実務経験
ゲームプロモーションデザイン経験2年以上
リリース実績のあるゲームプロジェクトのデザイン経験があり
ゲームプロモーションフロー及びユーザー嗜好に理解があること
