Must Have:
  • Lead the creative and aesthetic direction of assigned account projects.
  • Collaborate closely with creatives and clients to execute the creative vision and ensure consistency in the brand's visual identity.
  • Manage and monitor creative projects, ensuring compliance with assigned account requirements.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends, new technologies, and platforms to integrate fresh and innovative creative approaches.
  • Ensure compliance with company processes, policies, and procedures, both locally and regionally.
  • Leadership and team management skills, ability to inspire and motivate creative teams.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere, After Effects, Artificial Intelligence.
  • Proficiency in animation platforms related to their area of performance.
  • Visual communication skills, brand conceptualization (composition, typography, color, among others), consistent and effective according to account requirements.

Job Description

In Medellín – Colombia, we are looking for a person for the position of Art Director. With a minimum of 3 to 4 years of experience in the role with advertising and marketing agencies, their mission will focus on leading the creative and aesthetic direction of projects, collaborating with creatives and clients to fulfill the creative vision and ensure the consistency of the brand's visual identity across all projects.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the creative and aesthetic direction of assigned account projects.
  • Collaborate closely with creatives and clients to execute the creative vision and ensure coherence and consistency in the brand's visual identity.
  • Promote team participation in industry awards and festivals.
  • Receive Briefs for monitoring and managing their execution.
  • Manage and monitor creative projects, ensuring their compliance according to the requirements of the assigned accounts.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends, as well as new technologies and platforms, to integrate fresh and innovative approaches into creative work.
  • Ensure compliance with the company's processes, policies, and procedures, both locally and regionally.

Qualifications

  • Leadership and team management skills, ability to inspire and motivate creative teams.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere, After Effects, Artificial Intelligence, as well as proficiency in animation platforms related to their area of performance.
  • Visual communication skills, brand conceptualization (composition, typography, color, among others), consistent and effective according to account requirements.
