Must Have:
  • Lead the conceptualization and creative writing of content for advertising campaigns, presentations, and other media, adapted to the execution medium.
  • Develop creative solutions based on insights, tensions, and findings that align with the brand's essence and business objectives.
  • Present creative concepts to clients and stakeholders.
  • Supervise and guide junior and mid-level copywriters, providing constructive feedback.
  • Ensure all texts and content comply with quality standards and assigned account objectives.
  • Stay updated with market trends, industry changes, and best practices in advertising copywriting to contribute to the team.
  • Ensure compliance with the company's processes, policies, and procedures, both locally and regionally.

  • Excellent leadership skills and ability to inspire others.
  • Ability to conduct research and information analysis.
  • Advanced knowledge of digital marketing and communication strategies.
  • Advanced ability to conduct research and information analysis.
  • Familiarity with text editing tools and collaboration software (e.g., Google Docs, Microsoft Office), related to their area of performance.
  • English level: Intermediate - advanced.
