We are looking for Imaging Operations Managers to deliver digitization services, overseeing operational teams to ensure timely, accurate, and efficient service delivery. This role involves managing KPIs, achieving financial goals, and executing continuous improvement initiatives for growth.
Must have:
  • Oversee the performance of Digital Solutions Operations, meeting customer service levels.
  • Handle adverse situations through root cause analysis, remediation planning, and communication.
  • Perform capacity planning and productivity expectation setting for production resources.
  • Provide accurate financial forecasts for revenue and control expenses.
  • Execute organization best practices for financial improvement and scalability.
  • Ensure operation, processes, and staff maintain compliance with privacy, security, safety, and values.
  • Effectively communicate with Commercial peers on Operational status and challenges.
  • Act as operational expert for customer concerns and new opportunities.
  • Focus on teaching operational staff planning, communication, leadership, and problem resolution.

  • Experience with Kofax Capture, Kofax KTM
  • Formal LEAN training and certification

Our Operations Managers are responsible for the delivery of digitization services. Candidates will be responsible for operational teams, ensuring timely, accurate, and efficient delivery of services to customers. In addition, the Operations Manager will also be responsible for managing key performance indicators, delivering on financial goals, and executing initiatives designed to deliver continuous improvement, scalability and position the operation for future growth.

  • Pay: Starting at $79,200/an (**Negotiations Depending on Experience), Bonus Eligible Position
  • Schedule: Monday through Friday

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the performance of the Digital Solutions Operations, including the meeting of customer service levels which are typically based on quality and timeliness of delivery
  • Handling adverse situations through root cause analysis, remediation planning, execution of remediation plans and related internal & external communication with the appropriate level of urgency
  • Capacity planning and productivity expectation setting for production resources based upon customer commitments and financial expectations are key to success in this area
  • Provide accurate financial forecasts for revenue and control expenses, identifying corrective actions when forecasts are not delivered and financial performance needs improvement
  • Executing organization best practices including, but not limited to financial performance improvement initiatives, promote scalability and/or other changes designed to improve the business.
  • Ensure the operation, processes and staff maintain compliance with the organization’s expectations related to privacy, security, safety, and upholding the company’s values
  • Effectively communicate with Commercial peers on Operational status, plans, and any challenges that affect other areas from which assistance is sought.
  • Stand in as operational expert as an escalation point for Customer concerns and in the pursuit of new opportunities along with Commercial resources
  • Have a strong focus on teaching operational staff how to plan, communicate, lead and solid problem resolution techniques

Requirements

  • 5+ years’ of Management experience with Production Management, non-voice Business Process Outsourcing (mailroom, scanning, data capture services) or Shared Service center preferred
  • Ability to analyze financial statements, forecast and measure to budget
  • Demonstrated ability to train, coach and lead a team to achieve operational, financial and other business goals.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate effectively one on one and in team meetings with frontline production employees, as well as with senior leadership and customers
  • Working knowledge of technology components required to support BPO operations.
  • Ability to lead large and diverse operational teams and comfortable leading & interacting with technical teams.
  • Experience with Kofax Capture, Kofax KTM strongly preferred.
  • Formal LEAN training and certification preferred.
  • Must be willing and able to obtain a Public Trust Clearance. Only US Persons are eligible for this level clearance, hence for this position, Iron Mountain will consider only US Persons.
