This is a 6-month fixed-term contract position
In this role, you will have the opportunity to coordinate the installation and commissioning projects of new imaging equipment for our clients in the Southwest region. You will play a key role in the success of the partnership established between Philips and its clients, ensuring that equipment is installed and commissioned under the conditions planned and negotiated with clients.
Your main missions are to
- Evaluate client site configuration needs from the pre-sales phase, for the installation of imaging equipment, associated budgets and deadlines.
- Establish the installation and commissioning project plan, in consultation with all project stakeholders: key client contacts, Philips sales representatives, suppliers and service providers (in France and internationally).
- Manage the installation projects of products and systems at the client site, as agreed in the contract and with predetermined constraints.
- Lead the teams responsible for achieving project objectives, in accordance with guidelines and client expectations.
- Take leadership in the acquisition phase and project planning preparation, ensure internal and external resources, manage execution and control budget, schedule, and risks.
- Participate in major tender processes.
- Contribute to continuous improvement/LEAN by participating in improvement projects.
You are part of
The Project Management team, reporting to the Project Management Manager. You will work in close collaboration with the District Manager, Sales Engineers, Operations Director, and Technical Managers of the sector.
Your assets for success in this position
- Technical training level Bac+4/5 type Engineering School
- Significant experience in project management (technical coordination of equipment or IT, Telecom or electronic systems installation...)
- Ideally experience in a hospital environment
- Proficiency in IT tools (office automation, AutoCAD technical drawing)
- Excellent sense of service towards internal and external clients and good interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage and coordinate various stakeholders, manage priorities and pressure
- Strong organizational skills, problem-solving, reactivity and decision-making
- Fluent French and English, both oral and written, essential.
