Job Description & Summary:
The AI and Automation Engineer will leverage global technology infrastructure and Azure Cloud basics to enhance enterprise systems. Key responsibilities include developing AI models to solve complex business challenges, creating automated workflows with Microsoft PowerApps and Power Automate, and designing integration solutions using APIs and Web Services. The candidate must ensure interoperability, adhere to security standards, and manage integration projects in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical skills are required for troubleshooting and maintaining service stability. Familiarity with ServiceNow and ITIL practices is beneficial. Continuous learning and innovation are crucial, with an emphasis on adopting new tools to drive improvements and align technical solutions with business needs.
Responsibilities:
Demonstrates extensive abilities and/or a proven record of success in:
- Working knowledge of the Global Technology infrastructure as well as Azure Cloud basics, M365, EUDM and the ability to understand the general architecture and design.
- Understand industry standards and large-scale enterprise systems focusing on Collaboration platform and Tools
- Develop AI model and algorithm to solve complex business challenges with high accuracy.
- Enhance efficiency by creating automated workflows using Microsoft PowerApps and Power Automate.
- Develop applications with PowerApps to meet specific business needs, ensuring seamless functionality.
- Use Power Automate to design workflows for seamless system integration and interoperability.
- Stay updated on AI and automation advancements, experimenting with new tools for continuous improvement.
- Experience in designing and implementing integration solutions for complex platform systems and applications
- Knowledge of various integration technologies such as APIs, Web Services, and Collaboration and Messaging systems
- Understanding Security standards and Identity Management processes
- Understanding and executing the business needs and related technical infrastructure design alignment to support them.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of integration solutions
- Demonstrating comfortability working in a matrix environment and working proactively to build relationships with internal customers and resolve IT issues.
- Demonstrating comfortability working in a fast-paced environment where priorities constantly change to continually support the needs of the business.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and troubleshoot integration issues or to escalate issues for resolution
- Acting with judgment to resolve technical issues or to escalate issues for resolution.
- Maintaining continuity of technical knowledge that is significant to the stable environment and successful service delivery to businesses.
- Managing small efforts, integration projects and facilitation of miscellaneous IT-driven requests.
- Understanding of ServiceNow processes and ITIL best practices.
- Understanding of how organizations are structured and how IT is positioned to support and enable business needs.
- Combining technical knowledge with relevant contextual information influencing the integrations and improvements to services.
