Job Description & Summary: Generative AI/LLM Engineer with 3+ years of experience in developing and deploying large language model-based solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in NLP, deep learning, and working with modern LLM frameworks such as HuggingFace, OpenAI, or LangChain.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy LLM-based solutions and applications.
• Fine-tune and optimize pre-trained models (e.g., GPT, BERT, LLaMA, Claude, Mistral) for domain-specific tasks.
• Build prompt-engineered workflows and use retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) to improve model responses.
• Integrate LLMs into products and services using APIs, LangChain, or custom pipelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business problems into GenAI solutions.
• Maintain knowledge of state-of-the-art research in generative AI and LLMs.
• Implement ethical and responsible AI principles in model usage and deployment.

Mandatory skill sets:

Python, PyTorch or TensorFlow, Sklearn, LLM frameworks

Preferred skill sets:

• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with MLOps practices for deploying and monitoring models in production.
