Job Description

In the context of a rising market for all products and services, the procurement mission is becoming increasingly important. We need to contribute to neutralizing price increases and participate in achieving our performance objectives through identified savings. In a context of declining volumes, our role is also to maximize the flexibility of our fixed costs. The main responsibilities include animating the cost reduction process under the supervision of a Senior Category Buyer, identifying initiatives with related departments (Quality, Supply Chain, etc.), ensuring the correct estimation of savings and implementation of actions, taking charge of reporting, and finalizing the implementation of necessary evolutions in the service organization for the aeronautical business. Desired start date is August/September 2025 with a contract duration of 1 or 2 years.

Contexte :

Dans le contexte actuel d'un marché haussier sur l'ensemble des produits et services, la mission des achats devient de plus en plus prépondérante. Nous devons contribuer à neutraliser les hausses de prix et participer à l'atteinte de nos objectifs de performance (OI) à travers les savings identifiées. Dans le contexte de baisse de volume, notre rôle est également de flexibiliser au maximum nos coûts fixes.

Responsabilités Principales :

- Animer le processus de réduction des coûts sous la tutelle d'un Senior Category Buyer ;

- Identifier les initiatives avec les services connexes (Qualité, PC&L, UAE) ;

- S'assurer de la bonne estimation des savings et l'implémentation des actions ;

- Prendre en charge le reporting ;

- Finaliser la mise en place des évolutions nécessaires dans l'organisation du service pour le business aéronautique.

Début souhaité : Août/Septembre 2025

Durée du contrat : 1 ou 2 ans

Lieu : Blois

Profil du candidat : Bac +4/5, option achats

Qualité requise : Rigueur / Communication / Autonomie

Connaissances et outils maîtrisés : Compréhension technique et économique d'une décomposition de prix / Anglais / Pack Office
