As an Influence Manager - France for BeReal, you will be responsible for finding and onboarding talented content creators aligned with the platform's mission of authenticity. You'll build a diverse creator pipeline, analyze content performance, provide actionable feedback, and foster strong creator relationships. Key responsibilities include identifying trends, conducting performance reviews, improving the creator program, tracking metrics, and reporting insights to drive growth. The role requires strong interpersonal skills, data analysis capabilities, and a passion for social media and content creation. You'll be the main point of contact for creators, helping them improve engagement and visibility.

Role
- Find and onboard talented content creators who align with BeReal's mission.
- Build a strong pipeline of diverse creators to grow the Creator Program.
- Analyze content performance and give actionable feedback.
- Share insights on trends and strategies to help creators improve engagement and visibility
- Be the main point of contact for creators, fostering strong relationships.
- Conduct performance reviews and collaborate on program improvements.
- Track creator performance metrics and identify trends.
- Report insights to refine the Creator Program and drive growth.
Profile
- Recent graduate or final-year student in business, communications, marketing, or a related field.
- Strong interest in social media, content creation, and building creator communities.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with creators.
- Self-starter who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Ability to interpret performance data and provide actionable insights.
