We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented professional to join our client's CSO Training & Awareness team, supporting our mission to foster a culture of security and compliance across the organization. This role is part of a specialized stream focused on the design, coordination, and continuous improvement of training and awareness initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Content Development & Coordination: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to design and refine training modules that address key topics such as information classification, security awareness, and regulatory compliance. Ensure content is engaging, relevant, and aligned with organizational standards.
• Training Lifecycle Management: Support the end-to-end process of training delivery, including planning, scheduling, documentation, and post-training evaluation. Contribute to the yearly update cycles and help implement feedback-driven improvements.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with subject matter experts, compliance teams, and external vendors to ensure training materials meet both internal and external audit requirements. Facilitate communication and alignment across departments.
• Security Awareness Campaigns: Assist in the conceptualization and rollout of awareness campaigns, including visual and interactive formats. Help track effectiveness and ensure consistent messaging across channels.
• Knowledge Base Maintenance: Contribute to the upkeep of training inventories and documentation repositories. Ensure accessibility and clarity of training records for internal use and audit readiness.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Fluency in English (main language)

Nice to have

• Fluency in German (would be a plus)
• Familiarity with corporate compliance or security topics is beneficial.
