Within Thales, our Thales Cyber Solutions teams provide a wide range of cybersecurity services, from cyber governance to advanced technical expertise, including detection and response services delivered from our SOCs, as well as forensics analysis and threat intelligence. Our clients are large groups, OIVs (Operators of Vital Importance), OSEs (Operators of Essential Services) needing to protect critical IT or OT systems, or governmental organizations.
You will join Thales' CSOC France within a team responsible for providing Managed Detection & Response, Digital Forensics & Incident Response, and Exposure Management services.
Integrated into the SOC's "Service Delivery Manager" team, you will act as a SOC and Cybersecurity Coordinator for one of our major clients.

Coming from higher education (Engineer or equivalent Bac +5), you already have at least 5 years of technical experience within a SOC. You have already managed a Cybersecurity team and have an excellent understanding of the issues related to this field of activity.
You have good knowledge of Cybersecurity solution(s) (e.g., QRadar, Splunk, Nessus, Security Center, Tenable.IO, ThreatQuotient, network probes, EDR Crowdstrike, Resilient...) and the MITRE ATT&CK framework.
You are capable of intervening on transversal subjects while mastering risks and adapting to unforeseen events and emergencies. You demonstrate pedagogical skills to best support the teams.
Beyond your professional skills, you are recognized for your interpersonal ease, your structured and targeted communication allowing you to interface with highly demanding clients. You are rigorous, autonomous, enjoy teamwork, are curious to learn more, and are able to share your knowledge.
You are sensitive to information protection and demonstrate discretion.
Your level of English (written and oral) allows you to operate in an international context.
