Job Description

The Information Specialist Graduate will report to the EQA Senior Program Manager and will be responsible for gathering, organizing, and managing information from various sources. The role involves creating detailed reports and summaries, maintaining information systems, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring accurate record-keeping. This is a 12-month Graduate Program position. The candidate will be expected to work in the Johannesburg office at least three days a week. Key responsibilities include ensuring accurate and compliant record-keeping practices and archiving documents or data when necessary.
Must have:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Science, Data Management, Library Science, Business, or IT.
  • Strong analytical and research skills.
  • Experience in MS Office Suite and Power BI.
  • Valid South African Identity Document.

What you'll do

  • You will report to the EQA Senior Program Manager - Global Telco Professional Services Strategic Programs organization

  • Gather, organize, and manage information from various sources such as databases, websites, reports, and internal systems

  • Create detailed reports or summaries based on the information and research findings, ensuring that they are clear and useful for stakeholders

  • Oversee and maintain information systems, including updating records, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring that systems are optimized for user needs

  • Ensure accurate and compliant record-keeping practices are followed, and archive documents or data when necessary

  • You will be part of the 2025 Graduate Program which runs for 12 months.

  • You will be in the Johannesburg office for at least 3 days a week.

  • Bachelor’s degree Information Science, Data Management, Library Science, Business, IT, or a related field
