Marsh is seeking an Insurance Sales Professional to join their Marsh Corporate Team in Stockholm, Sweden. This role involves generating sales meetings through cold calls, assisting the team with RFPs, business development, and new business sales across all lines of business. The responsibilities include developing and delivering effective sales presentations and proposals, and conducting thorough due diligence research. The successful candidate will need to be able to close deals, negotiate effectively, and have strong communication skills.
Must have:
  • Proven sales experience and ability to close deals.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools.
  • Fluency in both Swedish and English.
Good to have:
  • Background in insurance is preferred.
  • A degree in business or similar discipline is preferred.

The role: Insurance Sales Professional

We will count on you to:

  • Conduct cold calls to generate sales meetings, utilizing a strong understanding of internal offerings and product solutions.
  • Be responsible for the processes and assisting the team with Request for Proposal (RFP’s), business development, and new business sales across all lines of business.
  • Develop and deliver effective sales presentations, RFP:s and other sales related materials.
  • Create moderately complex sales proposals to meet both business and client needs.
  • Conduct thorough due diligence research to identify prospect accounts and sales expansion opportunities, while maintaining strong account relationships.
     

What you need to have:

  • Proven sales experience, with a strong ability to close deals and negotiate effectively.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools for dashboards, management information, and reporting.
  • Fluency in both Swedish and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
